At Supreme Tiles & Cabinetry, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your needs, and we’re committed to making the return or exchange process as smooth as possible. Please review our policy belowsmooth as possible. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the delivery or pickup date.
All returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, uninstalled, and in unopened packaging.
Items that have been cut, installed, altered, or damaged after purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns and exchanges.
Customers may exchange items for other products of equal or greater value.
If the new item is of greater value, the price difference must be paid at the time of exchange.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds are available upon request but are subject to a 30% restocking fee based on the merchandise value.
Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment once the returned items have been inspected and approved.
Shipping or delivery fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Special orders or custom-made products
Clearance or discounted items
Opened boxes, partial boxes, or samples

Please inspect all products upon delivery or pickup.
Any claims for damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
We will arrange a prompt exchange or replacement for any verified issues caused by shipping or fulfillment errors.
